Governing Board
IMAGO DEI: Friends of Christianity and the Arts is run by a self-perpetuating Governing Board. There are five officers: President, Executive Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Chaplain. The Board is divided into committees to focus on all of the programs and functions of the organization.

Lori Triplett, Executive Director
Maye Jepson, President - Maye is a professional speaker and trainer with experience as a leader of national and international boards of directors, as well as, conference and retreat leadership. In addition to Imago Dei, Maye serves on the board of Global Partners in Hope. Her background includes evaluating, and implementing organizational renewal/culture change, strategic planning, and organization (re)design initiatives in non-profit environments. Maye is a graduate of Marshall University, Huntington, WV and Bryan College, Dayton, TN. Currently resides with her family in Richmond, VA
Greg Conway, Treasurer - Greg is a regional manager for Sprint responsible for a team of telecommunication professionals in advanced network solutions covering the south and central regions of the US. Conway is a 21 year Sprint veteran, all in various global telecommunication solutions, finance and billing management roles. He served on the Session (board of Elders) at Knox Presbyterian church for 9 years and remains active in their drama team.
Conway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Certificate of Public Accounting from the University of Illinois. He resides in Lenexa, Kansas, with his wife, Dianne and two children, Mikhail and Kevin.

Jim Anderson
William Arnold - Bill has built a successful career in banking from 1976 until the present. He has worked for Bank of American, Bank Midwest, and currently he is SVP of Retail Banking Division at Brotherhood Bank & Trust in Kansas City KS. Mr. Arnold's other interests include his family: Carla, his wife of 27 years and sons, William III (Trey) and Zachary. They are active in their church and Sunday School and currently reside in Independence, MO.
Faye Hayes - Faye has an extensive background in the Human Resources. She has provided HR oversight for a multi-national energy services organization and established and managed her own management consulting practice with clients in the Carolinas and Virginia. She has successfully coached managers in areas such as employee and labor relations, federal and state regulatory compliance, leadership development and work/life programs. Faye resides in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
